For Novartis owners - check your brokerage account. I just noticed a new position in Sandoz Group AG. Apparently Novartis spun this unit off in October. I checked briefly - they make generic antibiotics and penicillin.
Looks like I got one share of Sandoz for every 5 shares of Novartis I own. The chart looks good during its short life, so I might as well hang onto it and see what develops.

Just checking my investment in Roche - ugh, down 21% in the last year. Yielding 4.27%. I guess I’ll hold - hopefully it can’t get much worse.

I've mentioned this, but I hold BME as my HC proxy. It's a non-leveraged CEF with all the usual suspects. The distribution is 6% at the current price. I'm up about 9% after re-investing. This post reminds me to turn off re-invest for the foreseeable future. Good luck with the HC.

I sold out of FSMEX today. I bought it three years ago and it promptly went up 20% but currently is more than 5% loss - not to mention the opportunity cost even MM returns. I am comfortable if it goes up from here.
I still own FSPHX, PRHSX, and VHT and need to work on liquidating them.

Seeking Alpha is warning about a ROCHE div cut possibility. I know nothing about it; just FYI. It's an annual payout and it's all over the map, historically. So, I guess a cut is normal. There's some AI hype around Roche; been reading bit about AI in drug discovery and I'm not getting real excited. Also, that foreign income source hurts, if you're in the US. I'm not seeing a reason to hold. I'm playing golf with a gal on Sunday who works for Genentech and travels to Switzerland a lot and I'll ask her if she knows anything.
One thing about these pharma companies that are off their pandemic highs is that they're back to pre-pandemic levels, which is probably where they should be. So, beware of thinking they're down so much that they might be a good buy - I had to step back to realize that myself.
