Just looked at the Vanguard Preliminary year-end distributions and it looks like they are going to be pretty high, but this is preliminary. Maybe they will be less when to final numbers comes out in December. Could that be or am I just dreaming?

They have so many funds, but my fund (VFMFX) isn't listed.

They have so many funds, but my fund (VFMFX) isn't listed. The fiscal year for VFMFX ends on 11/30/2021. VFMFX had a realized capital loss of 4.76% as of 10/31/2021. The fund will not have any capital gains distributions this year.

If a fund is not listed, it doesn't have CGs. Most funds are allowed to close tax books on Oct 31 (Nov 1 - Oct 31).

roi2020, Thanks. Took me a few minutes, but now I see where that's at. Interesting that there is -4.76% of realized losses while at the same time there is 21.63% of unrealized gains. Will see how thus turns out.
