Another new CEF [floating rate/CLO] to look at and analyze. Some of us have just started to look at this particular CEF when their NAV was 8.33 and a MktPrc of 9.19. Haven't got all of the data in yet but thought enough it that some of us started a phase "0" position [0-2%]....
Pays a dividend of >9% [>10.52% on NAV] currently. Computers indicate that last large insider MktBuy was for 250,000sh @ 8.50. Their next x-div is 11/15 [pay 12/1] and 11/17 is being shown as next earnings change....
Seeking Alpha has a good write up on this CEF and interesting parties can get some additional information there....
Won't have the full analysis picture until this weekend....
Live Long and Prosper....

Live Long and Prosper.... I think this is what you are referring to which was a purchase in July by the CEO of 29,500 shares for a total purchase price of $250K (not 250K shares) - www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001703079/000171821821000001/xslF345X03/primary_doc.xmlTotal 2021 insider purchases were fewer than 30K shares, if one does not count dividend reinvestments.

anitya, Interesting.... My computer system continues to show what I posted and I will have to go back into the system to check. Hopefully, it was not changed at the source, and if it was, it might be something to be concerned about [or not since it was before the current market sector change].... Thanks for the input.... By source if you are referring to SEC filings, a filer can only file amended form 4s but would not be able to just change the original form 4. There was no amended Form 4 filed.

anitya, I don't use the normal sources like you do [official releases]. I use normal pre releases and pre-insider information. It appears that the number of shares involved was "taken off" like so many others that I talk about. Sometimes they show a modification and sometimes they don't. This is one of those cases [again] where something is going on [plus or minus]..... Data remains positive.... Thanks again for the input.... Live Long and Prosper....

A example of why the filings are sometimes late information to investors, take a look at both GLO and GLQ where their amendment3 for beneficial interest was changed [10/18]....
