Evidently, the subject entity, an RIA and owned by Morningstar, Inc., manages client portfolios using Morningstar strategies, including Morningstar Hare portfolio strategy.  The Hare strategy has done well relative to SPY over 3 yrs, 1 yr, YTD, 3 mo, and 1 mo as of 11/30/2020.  I would be interested in this strategy but would rather somebody else manage some of my money using this strategy, rather than I subscribing to the Morningstar newsletter and executing the trades myself.  

Does anybody from this forum have experience having Morningstar Investment Management LLC manage a portfolio for them?

Hi anitya, I’m going out on a limb here. I wouldn’t consider M* Investment management. I think, by virtue that we are HERE, M* is only interested in their short term prospects. Customer service doesn’t seem to be high on their priority list. Happy new year to you!
