I’m a subscriber to Morningstar (still?) and the website has been essentially “nonfunctional” for over a week! On the Investor site, the stock intersection and X-Ray function have been down the whole time, and they just have a banner up top that says they are “working quickly to address the problem and they will provide an update as soon as possible”. No updates, no communication, nothing. I am BEYOND frustrated with this! I’ve asked for a partial credit, heard nothing back. Sent several emails, and no response. I guess I’m just going to have to look elsewhere to monitor my holdings. Subscription expires in September. Anyone else in this same boat, or am I the only one who was stupid enough to give them another “chance” Win

Despite the banner notice* at (new) M* Investor, I clicked on X-Ray and Stock Intersection for several portfolios, and those features are WORKING. It could be a partial outage, or a fix is being rolled in as we discuss this.
There is no similar notice for (old) M* Portfolio.
*X-Ray and Stock Intersection are currently unavailable. We're working quickly to address the problem and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Still frustrated with the site, and the fact that it seems to always be going down or having problems. What other sites do you use to track investments, monitor your portfolio, etc.? My accounts are with Vanguard, which I like due to their extremely low fees, etc. But “research tools” at Vanguard is very limited. Win

I also use Stock Rover but it requires manual updates for dividends (unlike auto-updates in M* Portfolio).
Right now I am using 3: M* Portfolio, M* Investor, Stock Rover.

Stock intersection detail is available on Ameritrade site as long as you have a log in. They only provide the top 50 stocks in the investments you enter. I was toying with the idea of signing up for M* investor monthly subscription.
Do you know if I get stock intersection beyond the top 50 stocks at M* ?
If yes, I might sign up... if not I will continue to use Ameritrade.
