The "Create Thread" button does not seem to appear when I'm in my Google browser, but does show up, just as you say, on Micro Edge.

Here's a screen shot (click to enlarge). Wish I could help, but I can't replicate the issue.

As chang noted, the "Create Thread" button should appear on most browsers (certainly on Chrome that I use most commonly in addition to Edge, Firefox, Android/phone) on the bar that shows title of the "Board". Check Chrome Extensions (a bush-like icon on upper-right) to check any Extension conflicts. Turn them OFF/ON one by one to see if something is conflicting. If that doesn't fix it, contacting "PB Support" would be the next step. They may need the PC/laptop/iPad/phone model, browser type and operating system software. Just as for any other PB forum, signup will be required for PB Support - it has open read-access, but postings are for its members only. Typically, the PB forum administrators and moderator post there. support.proboards.com/
