Time window to edit and delete posts increased

The time window has been increased from 24 hours to 48 hours.
The purpose of a limited time to edit posts is to avoid excessively late editing of posts, which can disrupt the continuinty of a thread. When someone replies to a comment, they don't expect it to change materially afterward.
After 48 hours, a poster should probably make a new comment if they have something else to add. If an older (than 48 hrs) comment really needs to be changed or deleted, just let me know.
