Issues with buying a C Corp (Williams Company- WMB) in ROTH?

Considering buying Williams Company in Roth account. It is a C Corp, so pays quarterly dividends and does not issue K-1. Thinking about reinvesting dividends for a while. Does anyone see a “problem” with this?

Most US companies are C corps. So, there shouldn't be any issue.
