In my 401k there is a security called the Morley Stable Value III Fund. It is a Short Term Fixed Income type investment. I didn't see a ticker symbol for it. Does anyone have an idea what I could use?

This stable value fund is organized as a collective investment trust (CIT). Consequently, there will not be a corresponding ticker.
You should be able to get information for the fund via your 401(k) provider or your employer's HR/Benefits department. Alternatively, you could try contacting Morley Capital Management.
Edit/Add: Schwab has a fact sheet available for the Morley Stable Value Fund. The share class may differ from the fund in your 401(k).

I have Morley Stable Value in my 401k. I've never been impressed with the yield compared to stable value funds that others have commented on in the past. The yield has usually been comparable with online savings accounts such as Capital360 and Ally. In Morningstar portfolio, I stick it in the cash tab.
