For a line-chart of both the market-price and NAV numbers over time of a CEF, I currently use the "overview" display on www.cefconnect.com/fund/PDI . Choosing a duration of YTD gives me a nice visual that suits my need.
I haven't yet found a way to do this in either the free StockCharts or YCharts. If there is a way, please advise. Thanks.
edit: having trouble getting the link to work as shown. It appears OK with CEFconnect liking the fund ticker capitalized in this situation. You may have to enter this by hand? Or just enter the fund ticker in the quick-search field on the home screen.
