I encourage people to vote, so that we have some idea how many people are interested. I think it is a marvelous opportunity that has been extended to us. David Sherman is the manager of RPHIX, RSIIX and several other funds. Please see here: www.cohanzick.com/www.cohanzick.com/strategies(Edit: made this poll a "sticky" so it will remain at the top of the Bond Brigade category.)

Make it easy, any time is great. I would like to see it saved so we can access it any time.

David Sherman and John Connors both of whom will be answering questions, I believe. The date they settled on is April 12th at 2:00 PM EDT. I will pass along the info as I receive it. In the meantime, you should install Zoom if you do not have it already. I am no expert in this so I hope there is help out there if someone needs it to be ready for the Q&A.

Pretty easy. I assume that Sherman will host the meeting as they likely will have a paid account (calls 45min or less are free). With that in mind, a link to the call will appear with directions on downloading the software. Check Zoom to see what platforms are supported. I would download and install well ahead of the call to save time scrambling around with the install and acquaint yourself with the interface. During the install you will need to set up audio, etc. Once installed just click the link for the meeting as a test and you'll see something like "waiting for meeting to start, etc." That's it really. In most meetings you can do voice responses or use a text chat box as well for questions, but that's up to the hosts to determine.

+1 bugman. Zoom is a piece of cake; I've used it a lot. Cohanzick will provide a link/invite, which you will click and log into a few minutes before the scheduled time. You can participate through a browser only (eg Chrome, Edge, etc.) but the experience is much better if you just download and install Zoom. Check your camera and microphone. You can mute either or both.

In addition to the live Q&A, I would be interested in being able to submit Qs ahead of time and David and John may answer a short list of those Qs on the call. I also second FD’s thought of making a recording of the call available for replays. I understand the replay / recording may not be available right away, but OK if available within a couple of days. Also, it would be good to allow listen only mode for those interested in staying anonymous to other participants but not to David or John.

These seem like good ideas; although I would hope that participants would also come to the videoconference armed with some questions to ask live. Chahta made the contact with Cohanzick to arrange the Zoom, so my suggestion (and Chahta please feel free to amend / alter this) is that questions could be jotten down on this thread until April 10/11, and Chahta can compile them and e-mail to Conner and Sherman. You can also type your question during the Zoom conference and Sherman will see it, if you're too shy to unmute your microphone and camera. (That answers your third question: you can mute your own audio and video and remain anonymous. Zoom is really easy to navigate.) I believe Zoom calls can be recorded and saved. I'm not sure whether only the originator/inviter can do that, or if anyone on the call can do that. I'm not very tech savvy. Someone else will have to answer that one.

Chahta has replaced the original poll with a simple up/down vote on whether you will join the April 12 videoconference. If you voted before (between the two dates), please re-vote so that we have an accurate idea how many people to expect.

From John Conner, co-presenter with David Sherman: "Also, we’d love this to be as interactive as possible. There is a Q&A button within Zoom, but if you or any of the participants have any questions that they would like to submit beforehand, have them send to me directly or they can funnel them through you and you can send to me. Either way is fine with me, so whatever works best for you.
We’re really looking forward to it. Let me know if you need anything from our end."
Please don't be shy and attend and participate. If you would like to submit questions beforehand I can send them along to John or post his email address.

I read the MFO monthly newsletter. That article stuck out. Maybe David and John will comment on that.
I have received some questions from a poster to forward to the hosts. You can message them to me or send them to John.

It looks like a nice amount of interest of posters planning to attend the Q&A. Have several questions submitted so far but I would like to see more. Holding for live questions would be great as well. Please vote in the poll!

I need to PM the Zoom info to you. Anonymous is fine and there are dial-in phone numbers as well.

Understand those that cannot participate because of work, prior commitments or just are not interested. Regardless, we hope to record the call to make available for replay but i need to check with compliance. Please feel free to e-mail jconner@cohanzick.com. Also, our 1q22 letter submitted to compliance and hopefully a quick turnaround for release by end of week.

CBUDX shows up on the SPC presentation file, but not on the Cohanzick "strategies" page. Anyone know how CBUDX differs from RPHIX? (Edit: I've sent the question to John Conner; will post any reply.)

CBUDX appears to be a very new fund.

CBUDX appears to be a very new fund. Right, 7/1/21 according to Yahoo Finance. Same ER as RPHIX, much lower asset base. Incidentally, comparing them side by side on M* Interactive Chart, RPHIX has done noticeably better.

My guess is they are marketed through different channels. M* calls CBUDX "ultra short" bond. RPHIX is HY bond.

My guess is they are marketed through different channels. M* calls CBUDX "ultra short" bond. RPHIX is HY bond. I dunno. Cohanzick owns CrossingBridge, while they are an advisor to RiverPark. So I'm not seeing the big picture ... but the question really is -- are the funds substantially different? Doubt I will move money around, as I'm happy with RPHIX (and my position will shrink anyway when I pay for the house we've bought).

Just to clarify.... Cohanzick, in a strategic relationship with RiverPark, sub-advises the RiverPark Short Term High Yield Fund (RPHIX) and the RiverPark Strategic Income Fund (RSIIX). More information can be found at www.riverparkfunds.com/funds/Cohanzick also owns a 100% of CrossingBridge Advisors, LLC - think of them as the branded funds. CrossingBridge Advisors is the advisor to CrossingBridge Low Duration High Yield Fund (CBLDX), CrossingBridge Ultra Short Duration Fund (CBUDX), CrossingBridge Responsible Credit Fund (CBRDX) and the CrossingBridge Per-Merger SPAC ETF (SPC). For more information, please refer to www.crossingbridgefunds.com/Please note, Enterprise Diversified (SYTE) publicly announced that a merger agreement was executed between themselves and CrossingBridge Advisors subject to shareholder approval. The proxy is being reviewed by SEC and upon completion of comment period will be released for shareholder vote. Assuming SYTE shareholders approve the transaction in the future, Cohanzick will control 65% of the merged entity.

Some folks have expressed confusion between RiverPark Short Term High Yield (RPHIX) and CrossingBridge Ultra Short Duration (CBUDX). These are different strategies and should not be deemed as similar. A significant difference is that RPHIX has a mandate to own 80% or more in high yield. CBUDX has no such mandate and careful review of the historical portfolio will show that 65% or more of CBUDX is invested in investment grade. CBUDX has a duration mandate to be ultra-short and is benchmarking to the Morningstar Ultra Short Fixed income category which requires Funds to be 65% or more investment grade. There is little holding overlap between the two Funds. I trust this clarifies the difference.
