I just saw this in Yogi's always excellent Barrons notes - "Small-cap growth (ETF IWO; selloff in growth stocks on fears of rising rates is overdone; small-cap growth stocks are poised to rally; EXTRA);" And I was thinking about it yesterday.
I do not have any small cap exposure. Never had any.
I do have some mid cap but very little - ARTMX (mid cap growth) and FLPSX (mid cap value). FLPSX has a veteran rock star manager who may retire in near future.
May be I should add some small cap/mid cap. I think some one was big fan of VSS in these forums. ( I think it was R48 but I could be wrong)

Just a thought but a lot of miners are small cap. I do not know of an OEF that specializes in them but GDXJ or SILJ might be interesting to you.

My two domestic small cap growth funds are FKASX and AOFAX. Both are long term holdings for me with sizeable capital gains should I sell. I get my global small/mid cap exposure through SMCWX. It to has sizeable capital gains. So, I am holding and looking for them to recover.
According to a recent Xray analysis small caps accounted for about 7% of my equity allocation.

The easiest way is to look at Fidelity picks ( link). Attachments:

I have VSS and VBR. VSS is international and VBR is value domestic. Long term hold planned.
