IRL (NAV 9.91/MktPrc 13.55, discount -9.13% COB Yesterday).
Many of us, at one time or another, had IRL in our portfolio's. Had a great 10+% dividend and was a consistent performer in both up/down markets. They, unfortunately, got rid of their distribution policy and many of us deleted IRL from both our current portfolio's and "watch list's"....
I took notice that IRL is now paying out their CapGains and distributions "ANNUALLY" and we unfortunately didn't take notice (not on our watch list). Last year's EOY (end of year) payout was $2.538 (>20%). EOY's are "never" consistent but can vary from $0.00 to ?$?.?? . It is my belief (sole opinion of course) is that if we have a fair year this year, we should get a good EOY (10+%) this year. Add to this, that if income investors become aware (during this year) of IRL previous EOY, the MktPrc could increase in November (4th Qtr)....
