Merging Educational Savings account of one kid into another

Hi,

There is some money left in older kid's ESA account that I want to merge into younger one's. Can I do this on my own or I have to call V'ard, where accounts exist, to take their help with it?

Some rules apply to rollover ESA/Coverdell to eligible family members. You may have to call Vanguard.

Read about the rules long ago, but scared to call Vanguard Customer service after hearing horror stories.
I have the customer relationship with them since 2000, but I rarely called them being a DIY investor, not even once a year on an average.
