On or about May 1st CTFAX updated it's new allocation alignment. The fund will adjust it's stock and bond allocation mix based upon the valuation movement of the S&P500 Index. It was 90% bonds and 10% stocks prior to this update. It now appears to be 50% bonds and 50% stocks based upon its fact sheet. This change, as I write, has yet to appear on their web site under Allocation Update.
The last Allocation Update was on 01/24/24 where the fund went to 90% bonds and 10% stocks. However, the fund's 1Quarter ending fact sheet reflects the new 50/50 allocation.
Something is a miss.
I plan to check further in the coming week.

I heard back from Columbia funds today regarding why one piece of literature reflected a 90% bond and 10% stock allocation and another reflected a 50% bond and 50% stock allocation.
In short words. Their answer was market conditions change faster than literature can be updated.
There you have it.

It did not bother me the way they disclosed the change but if I owned the fund it probably would have bothered me because the change was not disclosed in the allocation update document for a while. Also, speaks poorly about the fund.
