There are so many threads and posts by members which are listed as Deleted member or Deleted Post. What is the reason of this Deletion? Did they violate some terms and conditions of this message board or don't want to be here.
Lots of people here come from M* so not sure why they want to delete their post or comment or membership?

Deleted Members is a notation indicating a member not only chose to leave the forum but wanted to delete their associations with the forum but their posts will still exit (I think) unless they individually delete these each post.
Not sure we ever had a permanently banned member. We had a handful of posters whose posting privileges were temporarily suspended, and I think all of them except one left the forum. Then a few posters had arguments with other posters or did not like the majority participants’ view in a thread and did not want to be associated with the forum.
I try to aspire to how Uncle Harley, Yogi Bear Bull, and a couple of others engage in this forum and appreciate the good things it has to offer.
There is Ignore / block function. Use it liberally.

I don't know. I know many people on message boards, myself included, will read something and immediately type a reply. They post it and then think maybe I should just delete that in order to not go down a rabbit hole or the people that need to understand this won't so why bother posting it. I also often type up an entire paragraph or 3 when a posts strikes a nerve and then when done think it's better to just delete it before posting it so as not to start a piss&*^%ing contest that nobody wins.

When I delete one of my posts, using Delete Post function, that post is deleted for everyone which means no one can see it afterwards, not even a notation that it was deleted - no visible signs of its previous existence.

A couple of members have deleted themselves, which causes their name to show up as "Deleted". Sara left due to a conflict, and more recently Axe left, I think due to medical reasons.
I'm not sure about "Deleted Post". If you send me a message with an example, I'll look into it. As others have said, occasionally someone will write something, then decide to withdraw it and they just edit the post to "deleted" (without actually deleting it - I'm not sure why).
No one has been banned except for spammers. A few (very few) temporary suspensions have been made. The golden rule here is to interact as you would face-to-face in a coffee shop or a bar, and to rely on self-policing regarding civility. So far, I think this group has been phenomenal.
Note: the time window for editing and deleting posts is 48 hours, which seems to be adequate.

It seems that both Edit AND Delete for posts within 48 hours are on at BB.
Many sites allow only Edit, but not Delete, so people have also gotten used to using Edit and just type "Deleted" in the text. I notice some of that.
Member deletions are something else. As noted, self-deletions are allowed (Profile/Edit Profile/Settings) and some have done just that.
Deletions by site owners/moderators are also possible and there may be some instances of those. It shouldn't be used much because (1) the deleted user can come right back with a slight variation in username, (2) site user records are lost, (3) several threads look strange with many old posts now by "Deleted" that can be from multiple deleted posters. So, for moderation, Disable or Block or Ban are better than Delete.
A problem with PB is that on deletions, the usernames default to "Deleted" (regardless of how that happened) and the association of old posts with deleted posters is lost. It can never be restored (even if a poster who left changes mind).
