For the past couple of days I have been getting this message when I try to access M*'s Portfolio Manager. It reads as follows: "We are currently experiencing technical issues. Kindly log-out and sign-in to access Portfolio Manager. We sincerely appreciate your patience while we investigate."
For two days (or more) they have been investigating. Where is Snoop Dog? They seem to need some help!
Each time I visit PM, X-Ray and other features over the past couple of days I have to sign out and sign back in before I can proceed. M* indeed needs help in their IT Department. Things just get whacked up way to often in their system. Yet, people and companies pay good money for their reports.
Hi guys, In viewing my portfolio in M*'s Portfolio Manger this morning (Saturday 10/2) around 5:45 AM, I am finding than a good number of my mutual funds have stale pricing from Thursday's market close and M* has failed ... yet again ... to update many mutual funds in my portfolio with Friday's nav market closing values. No wonder M* gets bashed on many investment boards.
Hi guys, The crew at M* did some fast work in the IT department because the fix is in and portfolio manager is now ... well ... fixed.
I checked my M* Portfolio Manager watch lists yesterday evening between 9:00 PM ET and 11:30 PM ET. Portfolio Manager was not updated with current data and showed stale data (current price, % change, etc.) from Thursday's close. I just checked again and it appears that the problem was fixed.
