Hey everybody! I just ran my quarterly portfolio spreadsheet, and my allocations are well below my “targets” for several International stock funds. I own Vanguard FTSE all world ex-US small cap (VFSAX), as well as several Vanguard large cap diversified funds- Vang. FTSE all world ex-US index (VFWX), Vang. Intl. Dividend Appreciation Index (VIAAX, and Vang. Total international stock index (VTIAX). Also hold an International Value fund- Vang. Intl. high dividend Yield Index (VIHAX).
I am well below my allocations to International stocks, and curious which ones you would add to? I’m leaning towards VFSAX (small- mid cap), and one of the three diversified funds. Curious what others would add to?

My intl exposure comes from 1) American Funds New World (75% intl) 2) American funds New perspective (42% intl) 3) FISMX 4) ARTYX 5) FEMKX 6) DODEX
Not sure what are good are International funds nowadays. American Funds are long time holdings in my retirement accounts.
I am not planning to add more to my intl until I see some signs of life there.

I have meaningful percentages of my overall AA in MAPIX and SIGIX, and use VT and VEU in certain accounts as well. Before you make any international equity purchase, be sure you understand their approach to currency hedging and make your decision in line with your longer-term views of the dollar.
