I don't like Salesforce. After the first time I used it, I knew it's going to be big brother watching you. If management is happy, then the people who really do the work are not happy. I don't like Apple and hope to never buy their products, see ( here). I don't like subscription models for software. MSFT started it (or one of the first creators). No way I will pay any company for that. You can't make the above better, just don't do it.

I woke up and feel like venting (don't read snowflakes) -----------------
Musk, the richest billionaire on the planet, is about to fire tons of people 1 day before their stocks vest. They worked 364 days so that they could get those stocks/compensation and now they are getting fired one day before they get them.
Does this sound like the bosses, executives, capitalists care about the workers? Rich, very well paid workers - nevertheless they worked 99% of the time to get that compensation.
In the media and the "bosses" there is moralising about "quiet quitting" or the new generations "work ethic", or new hires "not showing up for the first day of work".
Have these bosses and journalists asked those same businesses/capitalists what morals they base their own behaviour, firing someone 1 day before their stocks vest, is based on?
When businesses give "0 hour" contracts in the UK, what morals those are based on? When Railway executives refuse to give paid sick leave to their workeres, what morals that is based on? When Starbucks workers are always "on Call" at really short notice with no fixed schedule, how is that moral?
No, the rich capitalist get to say and do anything without moral encumbrances for each red penny; and the workers, they have to spend their lives producing those pennies, damned the consequences to the workers!

Musk should fire all the woke believers and get back to business. Why US top bosses make so much money? Because they can, and they never cared about their employees. Many pretend to care, until the day they become a big boss, and then they take the most they can. That's American capitalism. So, the only way is to be a big boss or your next best option is to be a STEM pro.

Someone needs to take Putin out and soon! He is just running up the West's bill for blindly rebuilding infrastructure and paying wages to workers in Ukraine. We need that debt money for other stupid stuff.

Way to go Musk. Fire them all. They deserve it.

I'm also thankful for the salary and benefits I've received that has comfortably supported my family's standard of living. As much as I've enjoyed the benefits, I'm not at all pleased with the way the government is run.

This is lousy. It's a bit hard to tell, but from reading the article this seems to suggest that people who used the web versions of the software were victimized, but not those who loaded the software on their computers and did their taxes that way?
