I hope anyone considering supplementing protein has gotten a recent kidney function test. Personally, I don't think medical advice should be allowed on the forum. The topic is too fraught with risk. Agree 100%! Without “seeing someone” in a clinical setting, doing routine labs (kidney function, liver function tests, complete blood count, thyroid function tests, etc.), it can be potentially dangerous to take “advice” from an online site, even if from a “well- meaning” physician! And to be honest, it is very frustrating to have to put a “disclaimer” on posts! Not to mention, boring, as mentioned by Anitya! So take everything with “several grains of salt”!!! Win |
